The Planet Group's Biotech client has a HOT need for an
Marketing Analyst
with up to 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or business analysis for a REMOTE position starting in July 2026!
In this role the
Marketing Analyst
will be instrumental in unlocking customer insights, building behavior-based segmentation models, and driving marketing performance optimization across channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen to support smarter campaign planning, coordinated execution, and improved ROI. This position plays a key role in evolving our marketing approach to be more insights-led, scalable, and customer-centric.
Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
Build and Refine Customer Segments: Analyze customer behavior, purchase history, product mix, and channel preferences to develop dynamic segments that improve targeting across strategic and transactional accounts. Support Campaign Targeting and Planning: Partner with strategic marketing, eCommerce, and commercial teams to align segment insights to marketing calendar activities, sales initiatives, and supplier campaigns. Enable More Personalized Engagement: Develop actionable profiles for key segments to guide messaging, offers, and channel strategy (email, paid media, content, etc.). Coordinate Across Downstream Levers: Identify areas of misalignment or overlap across campaign calendars and recommend opportunities for consolidation, sequencing, or targeting refinement. Track and Optimize Segment Performance: Analyze campaign and content performance by segment to surface insights and support test-and-learn strategies. Build Reporting Dashboards: Support creation of dashboards and visualizations to inform performance reviews, strategic planning, and leadership reporting. Marketing Analyst Qualifications:
Experience with data driven behavioral segmentation Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (C4C, Adobe/Marketo) Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, and B2B / B2C campaign planning Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing and commercial teams Experience in life sciences, B2C eCommerce, or B2B distribution environments is a plus
Education:
BA/BS degrees in Marketing or Life Sciences with marketing experience
