As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our hotel units in top shape. From quick fixes to preventative upkeep, your work ensures our guests feel safe, comfortable, and right at home-every stay, every time.
What You'll Be Doing
Handle day-to-day maintenance inside guest units Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues Install and maintain appliances such as microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators Perform minor plumbing tasks (e.g., drains, faucets, disposals) Address electrical issues (e.g., switches, outlets, light fixtures) Complete preventative maintenance to avoid issues before they happen Respond to work orders quickly and courteously Work closely with the front desk and maintenance team to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications
What You'll Need
High school diploma or GED 2+ years in general maintenance or technical training Comfortable using hand and power tools CPO and EPA certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license What Makes You a Great Fit
