About the Role
The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Marketing Performance to become a key player in our team. In this influential leadership role, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies aimed at maximizing customer acquisition, driving revenue growth, and achieving marketing efficiency at scale. You will excel in building and fostering a high-performance team of marketing experts, managing substantial media budgets, and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance revenue through effective demand generation, lead generation, and retention strategies. Your key responsibilities will include shaping and executing digital marketing initiatives, optimizing media expenditures, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and ensuring seamless collaboration with product, sales, and creative teams. Additionally, you will establish an analytics function within the marketing organization and design business cases using the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
To be a part of our journey, applicants should possess a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams, preferably with experience in a Center of Excellence model in a substantial B2B marketing environment. A minimum of 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and marketing automation is essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical capabilities, outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and experience in integrating a comprehensive tech stack while applying best practices in marketing operations. Familiarity with various marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Hubspot, is crucial. This role requires a visionary mindset that is experimental, forward-thinking, and ownership-driven, with a growth focus that transcends mere acquisition and performance marketing.
