The Company is seeking a Vice President of Performance Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team of performance marketing professionals, managing media budgets, and leveraging data to enhance revenue through demand generation, lead generation, and customer retention. Key responsibilities include creating and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing media budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with product, sales, and creative teams. The role also involves building an analytics function for the entire marketing organization and creating business cases based on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing. Applicants for the VP of Performance Marketing position at the company should have a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a preference for experience in a Center of Excellence model within a large B2B marketing organization. A minimum of 15 years' experience in B2B marketing, including lead generation, ABM, and marketing automation, is required. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities, and experience in building an integrated tech stack and implementing best practices in marketing operations. Familiarity with various marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Hubspot, is essential.
