We’re looking for a Cabinet Field Service Technician to join our dynamic operations team! In this hands-on role, you’ll handle on-site cabinet repairs, assist with deliveries, support our shop team, and help ensure top-quality service to our builder clients.

What You’ll Do:

Perform on-site cabinet repairs and finish touch-ups

Visit job sites to troubleshoot installation issues and support builder relationships

Assist with cabinet deliveries, verify materials, and unload as needed

Support shop operations with cabinet assembly or minor modifications

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and shop

What You Bring:

Experience in cabinet installation, carpentry, or woodworking

Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset

Good communication and a professional, customer-first attitude

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work (stand, walk, bend, climb ladders)

Comfort using hand and power tools

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

Construction site or renovation project experience

Familiarity with cabinet materials, brands, and hardware

On-site repair/service work experience

Ability to read cabinet layout plans or blueprints

OSHA safety training or vocational carpentry training

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
