Position Summary As a Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be transporting products safely and efficiently to our customers' locations. Besides managing truck responsibility and leading a helper, you will also play a vital role in verifying all paperwork to ensure the accurate delivery of materials. Your exceptional driving skills, safety, leadership abilities, and attention to detail will guarantee our products' error-free and timely delivery.

Performance Objectives Drive to various customer locations (Residential remodeling and commercial jobs) Load cabinets onto the truck and deliver them to the job site Unload inbound truck and palletize, Deliver the cabinets to job sites according to the schedule Assisted in keeping the warehouse organized and any work that needed to be done at the warehouse. Must have a cell phone to communicate when there is an issue Read, understand, and follow directions Take pictures of cabinets delivered to the site and email them to the office/management. Perform all duties necessary to ensure the truck is up to date, including checking tires and oil and keeping the truck clean as needed. Report any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt repairs. Work with a delivery helper, providing guidance and direction during delivery operations. Delegate tasks to the helper and ensure all responsibilities are carried out effectively. Thoroughly check all paperwork related to the deliveries, including packing lists and delivery orders. Verify the accuracy of materials to be delivered with the provided paperwork. Cross-reference delivery addresses and customer information to ensure precise deliveries.

Operate the truck safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent Good math, language, and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required A high degree of attention is required to prevent injury to others and promote a safe work environment. Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping a record Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner Maintain a clean & safe environment May be required to use an RF scanner gun A clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operators license may be required. Forklift certification per OSHA standards

Physical

Requirements/Qualifications: MUST be 23 or older with 3+ years of driving experience and a clean driving record to be eligible Must be able to lift 50 lbs. of the product without assistance Read, understand, and follow directions Possess a strong work ethic Learn duties and responsibilities quickly CDL License is Required
