Recruiter

Talent Acquisition Specialist
to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for a range of technical and non-technical roles across our firm. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent who align with our mission, values, and project needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to deliver outstanding hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create compelling job descriptions Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support roles Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline from application through offer Maintain communication and coordination with both candidates and hiring team throughout selection process Extend offers and assist with negotiations while ensuring a positive candidate experience Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent through consistent, engaging messaging across the company website, social media, and other key channels Coordinate and promote participation in external events, including career fairs and networking opportunities Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field Typically requires 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the engineering, architecture, or technical consulting industries Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse disciplines Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms Demonstrated ability using LinkedIn and other social media to engage with passive and active job seekers Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience and promoting an inclusive workplace culture This is a
