Supply Chain Analyst
to support our premier client's global operations team in
Seattle, WA or Boston, MA . This role is central to improving operational efficiency, supporting vendor relationships, and optimizing supply chain systems through data-driven insights. Your contributions will directly impact inventory planning, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
We are seeking a
Supply Chain Analyst
with strong analytical skills, ERP system experience, and a passion for solving complex problems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a bias for action, and thrives in fast-paced, occasionally ambiguous environments. This is a
full-time position , starting as a
contract
role, and will work closely with supply chain leadership, operations teams, and external vendors to manage the parts catalogue and create purchase orders.
Candidate Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related field Strong understanding of CTB (Clear to Build) status tracking and BOM (Bill of Materials) planning Experience with vendor management, including onboarding and performance tracking Familiarity with part catalog management and materials data accuracy Proficiency in purchase order (PO) placement, tracking, and ticket management systems Ability to manage and respond to ad-hoc supply chain requests under tight timelines Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, filtering large data sets) Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for PO and inventory tracking Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) Basic understanding of supply chain planning software or MRP tools (preferred) Analytical and Communication Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration Ability to clearly present CTB status updates to stakeholders Capable of juggling multiple requests and prioritizing vendor and order issues effectively Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive mindset Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume supply chain or manufacturing environment Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders including engineering, procurement, and finance
