Job Summary:

This position is responsible for leading the design and development of high-impact creative assets that align with business objectives and drive engagement, while leading and developing junior designers. Working closely with the marketing, product, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Graphic Designer conceptualizes and produces a wide range of deliverables, including digital and print collateral, tradeshow graphics, advertising assets, presentations, web content, and more!

Education and Experience:

5-8 years of graphic design or equivalent experience.

BA in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Video editing experience, plus

Background in sports, not required

Responsibilities:

Visual Communication & Project Management: Lead the layout, design, and finalization of printed catalog materials with support from creative team members. Creation of high-quality, organized, branded templates that align with brand guidelines and business objectives Produce high-quality designs for a variety of marketing materials, as assigned including: o Website assets o Broadcast emails o Brochures and flyers o Presentations o Advertisements (digital and print) o Packaging & Hangtags (if applicable) o Catalogs, Look Books, Mailers & Price Lists o Social Media graphics (if applicable) Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and ensure brand adherence to brand guidelines Support the Creative Manager in the preparation of studio and editorial photoshoots through the creation of shot lists, creative inspiration decks, and hair and makeup direction. Provide strategic and creative support during photo and video shoots. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively. Drive continuous enhancement of design processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and creative output. Other duties as necessary Collaboration:

Lead, develop, and mentor junior designers by providing strategic guidance, constructive feedback, and ongoing support to foster growth and high-quality work. Oversee and drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliver strategic design solutions that support business goals. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Manage affairs with limited supervision. Adhere to all deadlines and deliverables as assigned Skills and Abilities:

Proficiently use industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Maintain awareness of current design trends and best practices. Manage and organize design files efficiently. Strong understanding of design principles Communication and presentation skills Ability to adapt and adjust work schedule as needed, including availability for after-hours support to meet critical business needs.
