Description As a Senior Graphic Designer in a corporate environment, you will take full ownership of design initiatives from creative concept through execution and delivery to support both digital and print marketing channels. You will lead major visual identity efforts such as branding collateral, annual reports, presentations, infographics, packaging, and web assets. Drawing on your advanced expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as familiarity with HTML/CSS and motion or email design tools, you ensure all work meets brand consistency and high-quality standards. You will work closely with marketing, communications, product, and UX teams, managing timelines, prioritizing tasks within project budgets, and liaising with external vendors when needed. In this leadership-facing role, you will also mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback, creative guidance, and process improvements while encouraging their growth. You are expected to research design trends, propose innovative visual approaches tailored to business goals, and help shape brand direction and guidelines. Your contributions will help align design strategy with broader corporate objectives, occasionally influencing strategic planning or design management processes. You thrive in fast-moving, multi-project environments, meeting tight deadlines with adaptability, attention to detail, and polished communication skills across teams and stakeholders. Role & Responsibilities - Take full ownership of design initiatives from conception through execution and delivery (print and digital collateral, presentations, infographics, packaging, web assets) - Develop original illustrations, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand standards and marketing goals - Lead strategic visual direction, ensuring creative consistency, maintaining brand identity across media, and researching design trends - Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, UX, communications) and external vendors to achieve design alignment and quality delivery - Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, asset production workflows, and adhere to budget constraints Leadership & Mentorship - Review, critique, and mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback, guidance, and fostering skill development - Serve as a creative leader, propose innovative ideas, influence brand strategy, and help shape visual identity guidelines - Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables, including art direction and production standards - Stay current with design software, tools, industry trends, and best practices to maintain fresh, competitive visual output Additional Information Candidates must be willing to submit to a background check prior to employment. Physical requirements for this position include the ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, move safely in confined spaces, wear personal protective gear correctly when needed, go onsite to company and customer worksites, remain seated for extended periods, use a computer keyboard, and respond to dangerous situations when needed.
