Maintenance Assistant

Working hours- 10:00am-6:30pm
Responsibilities:
Assist with the general maintenance and repair of the building, grounds, and equipment. Perform routine tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support under supervision. Conduct daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely manner. Assist in snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance as needed. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related field is a plus. Basic knowledge of general maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety protocols. Benefits:
