Responsibilities for a Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

Candidates for Customer Service Rep must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center or dispatch environment

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues, bilingual

• Pay: 16.00

• Shift: Mon - Sat (with a scheduled day off)

o 7:00 am-3:30 pm

o 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

o 12:00 am - 8:30 pm.

Pay Details:

$16.00 per hour
