Responsibilities for a

Customer Service Rep

include but are not limited to:

· Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

· Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

· Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

· Monitor progress of delivery routes

Candidates for

Customer Service Rep

must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1-year related experience preferably within a call center or dispatch environment

· Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues, bilingual

What's in this Customer Service Rep position for you?

· Pay: 16.00

· Shift: Mon - Sat (with a scheduled day off)

o 7:00 am-3:30 pm

o 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

o 12:00 am - 8:30 pm.

Pay Details:

$16.00 per hour
