ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Brand Manager - Apparel & Nutrition, will help lead the growth and expansion of two of our newest business development units. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand management, particularly in apparel and/or supplement categories. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, as well as adept at developing, and executing, go-to-market strategies, collaborating across departments and driving brand awareness and growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Go-to-Market Planning & Execution:
In partnership with the Vice President of Marketing and the two Business Unit Vice President's, develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans to drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and accelerate category expansion for our Apparel & Nutrition divisions.
Act as the internal "product expert" for both business units, serving as the primary point of contact for all execution-related details, including go-to-market briefings, photoshoots & final asset delivery.
Own all creative briefs and partner with Project Manager and Creative Team to develop and execute strategic priorities on time and within budget.
Lead delivery of key brand building initiatives including seeding programs (influencer and PR), identify and help select influencer and athlete partners, events, and sales kits with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Build strong cross-functional marketing relationships across the marketing team to include partnerships, social media, performance marketing, DTC, AMZ and content with the goal of delivering full-funnel marketing plans for both categories. Partner with teams to analyze results, improve ROI, and deliver consistent revenue improvements.
Act as a self-starter in content creation- producing short-form video and social assets using tools like CapCut, with the ability to develop lightweight content independently when needed.
Supplement internal resources by identifying and managing external creators or production partners to support higher-end content needs, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
Ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging, tone and campaign execution across all channels and touchpoints.
Partner with internal go-to-market team to align apparel & nutrition launches with overall REP business strategy, ensuring both categories contribute meaningfully to company-wide revenue targets.
Analysis & Budget
Manage marketing budget for Apparel & Nutrition, ensuring efficient allocation of spend and resources, while measuring ROI where appropriate.
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs and competitive landscape.
Analyze brand performance metrics & KPIs, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
7+ years in Marketing; preferably with experience in apparel and/or supplements.
Experience and/or passion for fitness preferred.
Experience with DTC & AMZ-led brands is highly desirable.
Experience with Photoshop, Canva or digital editing tools for quick-turn, small requests preferred.
