We are working with a client seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst to support key HR functions, data management, and compliance initiatives. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong analytical skills and a background in HRIS systems, reporting, and project support.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain HRIS data; generate reports and conduct audits. Reconcile discrepancies between Lawson and Paychex systems; implement necessary corrections. Support annual benefits updates, including deduction and cost changes. Track and analyze onboarding/offboarding, open enrollment, and union dues. Collaborate with HR leadership and stakeholders to support special projects and reporting needs. Ensure timely updates for 1095/MEC compliance and UPK program reporting. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes. Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policy standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred. 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Lawson and Paychex strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas). Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage confidential information and work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to travel occasionally for offsite meetings.

Compensation: $50,000 - 54,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
