Maintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, engagement scores) and prepare reports for leadership.
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and documentation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate internal HR audits and prepare for external audits.
Partner with IT and HR teams to improve HRIS functionality and reporting capabilities.
Manage employee file audits and ensure digital records are complete and up to date.
Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis.
Assist in the implementation of HR projects such as system upgrades, policy rollouts, and training programs.
Provide backup support for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compliance, analytics, or systems preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP, Paychex, Paylocity, Workday).
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
