Day Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday On-Call Schedule during weekends Travel

Primarily located in the shop May require out-of-town travel for service calls in Houston and West Texas (Midland/Odessa) All travel costs and lodging outside of Houston covered Top Required Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Previous rig mechanic experience Experienced with hydraulic schematics Proficient computer knowledge/experience Motivated and a self-starter Stable work history Interview Process

First Round: Phone Interview Second Round: Virtual or In-Person, depending on availability Job Summary

Provide a high level of customer service internally and externally for product sales, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires focus, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Primary Responsibilities

Interface with internal team for product understanding and safe operation Travel to customer sites for inspection, installation, and training Perform preventive maintenance and repairs Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements Perform equipment failure analyses and troubleshoot problems Prepare technical reports Perform field upgrades and train customers Communicate field failures and feedback Provide clear and accurate service reporting Self-dispatch and plan daily, weekly, and monthly events Interact with internal and external customers Perform other work-related tasks as assigned Comply with all company and HSE policies and procedures Education & Experience Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school education preferred Proven experience in a similar role with focus on related equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of systems Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Job Requirements
