Schedule
Day Shift - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break; no overtime expected. 100% on-site with no remote or hybrid schedule available.

Profound understanding of supply chain 1-2 years of experience specifically with purchasing and expediting Previous ERP system experience (1-2 years); JDE is highly preferred Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Great computer skills overall High attention to detail Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Adaptable with a high willingness to learn Primary Responsibilities
Track, trace, and expedite delivery of purchase orders by reviewing daily activity reports and contacting suppliers and shippers to ensure timely forwarding of merchandise, supplies, and equipment Monitor and manage shipments until completion Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments & documentation Communicate with Sales and Operations Team to determine and relay delivery information Assist other departments with problem resolution involving discrepancies between purchase order, delivered quantity, quality, and/or price Maintain up-to-date PO delivery dates and aftermarket SO ship dates in ERP system Resolve material returns, over-shipments, cancellations, and engineering changes with suppliers Escalate complex issues to the Procurement Leader Qualifications
Prior experience in purchasing or expediting Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Please Note:
Must have a valid driver's license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
