Eaton's IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. This is a full time onsite role (M-F Daylight) based at our Orchard Park, NY facility. The Orchard Park facility has approximately 400 employees and is a leader in the design, manufacture, and test of high precision Aerospace components. Relocation benefits are available from within the United States.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you'll do: The HR Business Partner is responsible for establishing solid business partnerships and driving functional excellence. The role will execute Human Resources processes such as employee relations, performance management, employee wellbeing and benefits, training and development and support achievement of facility goals, targets and objectives for the Orchard Park Site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional duties may be assigned.
Coach managers and employees in understanding and applying HR tools to improve organization performance through employee engagement and manager effectiveness. Build organizational capability by attracting and retaining talent in both production and professional roles, including partnering with Corp Talent Acquisition team and local schools and communities. Deploy and develop HR policies, practices, and programs to manage talent, drive culture, and align the organization. Provide direct HR support to the functions and Integrated Product teams and work with respective leadership on strategic and tactical work Ensure data integrity in all HR systems with timely and accurate entry and gather data through HR management systems Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Consults with all levels of functional management, providing HR guidance when appropriate on a variety of topics Help drive employee engagement through providing guidance leadership of employee led committees and iERGs. Collaborate with HR Services on all transactional HR matters. Promote continuous improvement using Lean management tools such as standard work, problem-solving techniques, and work instructions. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications: Basic (Required) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Three (3)+ years of experience in Human Resources One (1)+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. "Green Card Holder"), Political Asylee or Refugee. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Human Resource experience in the Aerospace industry MBA or Masters in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Industrial Psychology or Management Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Professional Human Resource (PHR) Certification. Strong employee relations skills with the proven ability to successfully drive change and accountability Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong drive for results and sense of urgency; data and metrics driven Knowledge of relevant local/state/federal/provincial employment laws
