Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a MRO Inventory Parts Clerk to support our Supply Chain Team. This role will be responsible for assisting mechanics and supervisors with locating parts and delivers, reviewing daily parts form and running the form daily, creating and entering shopping carts and purchase requisitions, completing daily and weekly cycle counts, store parts in an orderly and accessible manner in parts department, supply rooms, or other areas, and adjust and update parts locations as needed. Additional responsibilities include:
Update KPI's Inventory control to prevent stock outs Communicates inventory levels and related matters with buyers Communicate between shifts the status of active parts requisitions and orders, other assigned projects Receive goods and verify goods against the purchase orders Unloads incoming freight, checks for damaged goods and reports discrepancies Prepare received parts for put away Labels all incoming parts with part number and purchase order Assist mechanics and supervisors locating parts / deliveries Files away all receiving documents in its proper location Keeps storerooms organized and clean for proper storage Non-conformances for delivery discrepancies Any other function needed that is associated to the parts room Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
1 year of SAP experience 1-3 years parts room experience preferred Attention to detail Cycle count experience Ability to operate a forklift Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Must be located in City of Industry, CA surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment. Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basis Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

The salary range for this position is $43,000-$73,000 annually.
