Pastry Production Cook

to support our high-volume kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about pastry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow with a dynamic culinary team.

What You'll Do: Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries and baked goods following company recipes and standards Execute large-volume production efficiently and with attention to quality and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized prep area, following food safety and sanitation protocols. Work independently or as part of a small team to meet production goals. Follow prep lists and production schedules set by management. Who You Are: 1-2 years of experience in pastry or baking in a high-volume restaurant or bakery. Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working solo or collaboratively with a small team. Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Capable of performing repetitive tasks and working in a hot kitchen environment. Adaptable and able to stay focused in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting. Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications: Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain). Completion of in-house prep training (provided upon hire). Prior prep or line cook experience in a high-volume culinary operation preferred. Why Work at lephante Scottsdale:
