Axiom is looking for a

Procurement Analyst / Administrator

to support the DoD in the

Washington, DC

area.

An

active Secret or Top Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.

The

Procurement Analyst / Administrator

provides detailed market analysis and strategic sourcing support to inform DOD acquisition planning. Identifies viable contract vehicles, vendors, and pricing models for future procurement activities.

Supports post-award contract administration and assists the COR in monitoring contractor performance, managing milestones, and processing modifications. Ensures contract compliance and maintains documentation for audits and leadership reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market surveys and prepare comprehensive research reports. Research and recommend suitable government-wide and interagency contract vehicles. Compare vendor pricing and capabilities to support acquisition strategy decisions. Prepare documentation and justification to support RFI postings and Industry Days. Track past purchases, other agency actions, and cost trends for similar services/products. Track contract modifications, options, and change orders. Support performance monitoring and collect contractor performance metrics. Assist in preparing reports and updates for FSD senior leadership on acquisition status. Maintain complete post-award contract files and audit-ready documentation. Support resolution of contractor performance issues in coordination with the CO/COR. Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years in federal procurement, market research, or cost analysis roles. Understanding of socioeconomic program goals (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB). Proficiency in government contract research tools (SAM.gov, FPDS-NG, GSA eLibrary). Familiarity with DOD oversight practices and contract file maintenance. Working knowledge of CPARS, EDA, and PIEE systems. Clearance:

An active Secret clearance is required. Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s).
