Job Title: Travel Perfusionist Location of Work: Washington, DC area M-F 40 hours guaranteed pay Overtime and call pay rates Travel stipend 13- or 26-Week Travel Position W2 or 1099 positions available! Adult Only Position Description We are seeking highly skilled adult Clinical Perfusionists to join our team! The Clinical Perfusionist will be responsible for providing perfusion services at medical facilities nationwide under the supervision of a Chief Perfusionist. Requirements and Qualifications Maintain a bachelors or higher in perfusion education American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion certified 2+ years of experience as a perfusionist is preferred BLS certification must be maintained Demonstrates great communication and teamwork skills necessary to interact with fellow team members and healthcare professionals Job Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Cardiopulmonary Bypass on Adult patient populations Autotransfusion Mechanical circulatory support device maintenance ECMO priming and Initiation Call Coverage Charting
