As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial operations.
Position Summary:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company's financial records with accuracy and efficiency. This role plays a key part in supporting our daily operations by handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements monthly Prepare regular financial reports for the management team Manage the general ledger and maintain the chart of accounts Prepare weekly payroll processing and coordinate with payroll service Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal financial regulations Collaborate with external accountants during tax preparation and audits Support internal process improvements and financial controls Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential financial data Experience in construction or service industries a plus Preferred Characteristics:
