American Traveler is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist with at least 3 years of experience and certifications in Abdomen and OB/GYN ultrasound for a 13-week assignment.
Responsibilities Work in an outpatient OB/GYN clinic specializing in general ultrasound proceduresDaily caseload of 10-12 patients per technologistDay shift schedule of four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PMNo weekend or on-call requirementsPotential to float to sister facilities based on departmental needsUses Athena EMR, Coresound Studycast PACS, and GE Voluson E6 ultrasound equipmentAssignment location subject to transition to Harrisonburg OBGYN if business needs changeLocal candidates within 50 miles are not eligiblePerform ultrasound exams for abdominal and obstetric/gynecological casesNo holiday coverage required; office is closed on holidaysNo more than one week of time off may be scheduled at a timeFirst-time travelers will be considered for this position
