Responsibilities:
Utilizing engineer provided drawings and specifications along with the included route sheet to determine production requirements.
Ensure assembly components are processed at the correct quantities.
Ensure components dimensions meet engineer provided drawings and specifications.
Ensure all production processes have been completed as required.
Ensure marking/labeling is complete and accurate as required.
Ensure calibration of necessary equipment is up to date. Issue recall notification to management if needed.
Complete internal and external non-conformance reports as required.
Performs internal quality assurance audits throughout production floor.
Performs general inspection and maintenance of audit records.
Inspects units, components, and subcomponents prior to shipment and incoming.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years inspection experience
Able to read blueprints and verify dimensional data using various inspection equipment such as calipers, go/no gauges, tape measures, etc.
