Position Statement
We're seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative self-starter who's eager to roll up their sleeves and support a dynamic marketing department within a fast-paced CPA and consulting firm. Social media will be your primary playground, but your days will also include contributing to event coordination & execution, maintaining sales and marketing tools, supporting communications, and ensuring the details behind the scenes are running smoothly.
You'll collaborate with an experienced and innovative team, Director of Marketing, Creative Manager, Digital Manager, Events Specialist, and Growth Strategy leaders, to bring our brand to life and help fuel our business development efforts.
This is a high-visibility, high-learning role perfect for someone who is early in their career and ready to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of marketing and communications.
Tasks
Social Media Own multiple social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Plan content aligned w/ marketing campaigns, service lines, recruiting, events, and thought leadership. Draft copy, select visuals, design and edit graphics (IG Reels, FB Reels, LinkedIn native uploads, Stories) using Canva and other tools. Will add branded lower-thirds, captions, text overlays, transitions, and CTAs. Schedule posts in line w/ content calendars using HubSpot's social tools. Create unique digests in ClearView Social to maximize the reach of GBQ's brand messaging. Ability to use, measure, and maximize LinkedIn advertising initiatives. Work with marketing events specialist to create pre and post event nurturing sequences for seminars/webinars. Repurpose long-form content (articles, testimonials, case studies, featured job posts, webinars, podcasts, panel clips) into snackable social cuts. Report on all social media analytics with defined metrics. Other Marketing Dept. Duties
Gather and report analytics around other content types and channels: website, industry newsletters, and social channels. Assist marketing event specialist w/ execution of internal and external events (webinars/seminars) including, communication, scheduling requirements, and "day of" components. Assist with ordering and tracking of branded items for the firm's "storefront" and branded promotional items for events & sponsorships. Assist with opening and trafficking marketing projects in Monday.com. Practice Growth
Provide administrative and project support across marketing and growth strategy initiatives. Maintain and organize marketing assets in shared drives and platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Teams, HubSpot, CRM). Support sales and business development tracking efforts, including maintaining contact lists and logging campaign activity, including strategic use of tickets. Coordinate meeting agendas and support scheduling for strategic growth initiatives. Assist in creating reports, recaps, presentations, and project status updates. Client Focus

Work Experience | Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, data analytics, or communications (internships included). Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytic skills. Experience using social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Canva Editor, CapCut, Lightworks) and across channels: FB, LinkedIn and Instagram. Comfortable learning new marketing platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Asana, Adobe). Can dig into reporting metrics and details. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a desire to learn and contribute. A team player who takes direction well but isn't afraid to ask questions or share ideas. Organizational Relationships
Will report directly to the Director of Marketing who will provide any necessary guidance relative to work performance through the formal evaluation process.
