What You’ll Do: Make and receive calls to assist members who have requested benefit information

Book and manage appointments for virtual consultations

Deliver tailored benefits presentations to members via video conferencing

Use basic computer applications to complete administrative tasks and client paperwork

Ensure quality control by reviewing completed applications and documentation

Engage in professional development and leadership training sessions

What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-focused mindset with a friendly, enthusiastic approach

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset

Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, Zoom, CRM platforms, etc.)

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada
