MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general plumbing, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditioning repairs to the facilities equipment and systems in manner effective for ongoing business operations, without interruption to the guest. Perform inspections of equipment and systems as needed to identify problems or issues. Consult blueprints, building plans, vendor and preventative maintenance agreements to identify best solutions to resolve systems or equipment issues. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems continue operating properly. Communicate consistently with team to ensure sharing of knowledge and status, document as needed. Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain inventory of supplies. EXPERIENCE :

Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals. Skilled with hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems preferred. Requirements MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

Oregon State issued driver's license and a clean driving record for 4+ years, Basic computer knowledge. Must be physically able to climb ladders, work at heights, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces. Able to work cohesively with a team and take direction, Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently, Position is subject to prolonged periods of standing and walking, Must be able to read/write/speak English. PROFICIENCIES:

Courteous, friendly and service oriented, Ability to follow instruction. Adept at managing time and estimating supply needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent

This is a full-time position. Starting Rate: $19/hr
