Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support operations in our food-grade warehouses. This "jack of all trades" position requires a strong understanding of general facility maintenance, with a special focus on cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards critical to food-grade environments. You'll play a key role in keeping our building systems running smoothly, our equipment operational, and our facility audit-ready at all times. Address general building repairs (e.g., drywall, doors, dock plates, racking systems, minor carpentry, painting). Assist with equipment installation, relocations, and warehouse setup projects. Inspect equipment and systems to identify problems or issues. Consult blueprints or building plans to identify the best solution to resolve systems or equipment issues. Conducts preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly. Obtains services from outside contractors when repairs require specialized training. Performs general cleaning tasks in the facility. Maintains inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies. Requirements: Maintenance Technician Requirements: Certified HVAC preferred. ARPAC Certified preferred. Automation Experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, and electrical. Ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous verifiable experience in a related field is required. Mechanic knowledge of ARPAC and Douglas repack machinery. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
