Position Summary
Summary: The Applications Analyst III, Business Apps is accountable for supporting technology solutions of the hospital's various financial and related information systems, including the Infor Lawson and GHR software and various surrounding products used in conjunction with the Infor products. This role will help ensure optimal workflow and use of software functionality, and support operational business events and any associated application changes. It also involves monitoring that day-to-day operational activities are running as expected, integrations are working, resolving incidents, managing updates, performing configurations, and performing root cause analysis. This person will help manage vendors for this functional IT domain and will ensure the services being provided by the outsource provider(s) are consistently meeting SLAs. The Application Analyst III will work with software partners and the team to understand roadmaps and release management, and participate in installations, upgrades, and other projects, including a planned migration to an Enterprise ERP software. The Applications Analyst III, Business Apps will also be cross trained to provide backup support for other team members, ensuring continuous support to our clients.
Qualifications
Responsibilities: Education Required • Must complete in-house orientation program • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience • Master's degree preferred
Experience And Skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Speaks, reads and writes English • Technical expertise in SQL, Rules engine, HTML, JavaScript, etc. at an expert level. • 10+ years of Infor Lawson and GHR experience and/or Oracle Cloud ERP • Experience with both Infor and Oracle, especially migration to Oracle, is highly desired • 3+ years of experience specifically in SQL query with Infor Lawson and GHR. • 3+ years of experience with Infor Process Automation preferred • Good working knowledge of Infor GHR database, application, and GHR-related applications. • Good working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP preferred. • Familiarity with MHC Document Express preferred • Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills. • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development role is preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills required. • Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Good Project management skills, planning and organization skills desired. • Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget. • Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies. • Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business Partners.
