Territory Sales Manager

in the

HVAC & Manufactured Housing

to support and grow our aftermarket and replacement distributor customer base across the Western United States, including key markets such as Minnesota, Texas, and California.

We are seeking a results-driven professional who excels in face-to-face customer engagement, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and has a proven track record of closing sales. Responsibiliti

es:

Calls on existing accounts and new prospects in person on a regular basis to generate sales and strengthen relationships. Works primarily with Aftermarket & Replacement Distributors, with additional support to OEMs as needed. Provides product training and demonstrations, helping customers understand the features and benefits of Style Crest's offerings. Serves as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including Inside Sales, Credit, and Distribution, to ensure smooth service and issue resolution. Documents activity in CRM, including sales visits, opportunities, concerns, and wins. Builds and executes a territory plan to maximize growth and achieve sales, margin, and market share goals. Supports the credit and onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring financial information and applications are submitted timely. Participates in trade shows, conventions, and association events, representing Style Crest in a professional and ethical manner. Provides regular feedback to sales leadership on customer trends, competitor activity, and market conditions. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:

Proven success in outside sales, ideally in the Manufactured Housing or Building Products industry. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product knowledge, including technical products such as HVAC systems. Ability to travel extensively within the territory (up to 4 nights/week). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to customer satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Benefits:

This role covers a sales territory spanning the Western U.S., including states from Minnesota to Texas and west to California. The position requires travel up to four nights per week and is remote-based when not on the road.
