Job Summary: We're looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding new hires for the D&T team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, excels in project management, and can seamlessly juggle ad hoc priorities and projects.
Responsibilities
1. Recruiting Support:
Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, and panel interviews) across different countries and time zones. Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication with candidates. Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate pre-hire processes, ensuring all new hire documentation and systems access are completed. Support Day 1 onboarding processes and maintain a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Partner with IT and hiring teams to ensure new hires are set up with tools, resources, and technology.
3. Project Management: Manage recruitment processes using Monday.com or similar project management tools to streamline workflows. Track recruiting activity, hiring timelines, and metrics to ensure goals are met. Support ad hoc projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and data reporting for recruiting metrics.
4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Act as a point of contact for candidate questions, interview logistics, and feedback follow-ups.
5. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline recruiting operations. Assist with special HR projects, process documentation, and tools implementation.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support. Experience in high-volume environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines. Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems (e.g., Oracle) Proficiency in Monday.com (or similar PM tools like Trello or Smart sheet). Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools. A hunger for process improvement and automation.
