FTE/Permanent Shift/Schedule:
2:30pm to 10:30pm
What You'll Do: Tear down, assess the extent of issues, repair damaged electrical or mechanical mechanisms, or replace worn or defective parts, and reassemble following standard safety regulations. Have a basic understanding of PLC logic and machine programming (Mcode/Gcode). Adjust equipment to required specifications and verify effective operation. Check the sequence of machine cycles, identify machine malfunctions, and make necessary repairs, applying machine repair theory and electrical theory. Perform electrical test operations. Work from complex schematic diagrams, manuals, and testing procedures. Troubleshoot defective printed circuit assembly boards. Perform other electrical or mechanical duties as directed. Detect and report all unusual cases to the appropriate supervision. Use judgment to comply with instructions or prescribed routines and make decisions. Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Journeymen or three (3) years of documented maintenance experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical trade Preferred qualifications:
Four (4) years or more of documented maintenance experience in an industrial electrical/mechanical trade preferred Background in machining and electrical equipment Two year degree in electronics with mechanical experience/Military electronics experience. Experience with hydraulics
