What You'll Do
Serve with Style:
Provide warm, attentive service that makes guests feel welcome from the first greeting to the final check.

Stay up to date on all food and beverage offerings, from signature burgers to craft beers and cocktails, so you can make confident, personalized recommendations.

Requirements
Physical Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age. Must meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements. This includes purchasing and wearing slip resistant safety shoes when performing all job duties. Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods. Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests. Qualifications:
Previous experience as Server or Server Assistant in full-service restaurants. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skill. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Maintains composure under periods of high stress and high volume. Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form.
