What You'll Do
- Craft Elevated Dishes: Prepare fresh sushi, seafood, and coastal cuisine using high-quality ingredients.
- Stay Consistent & Precise: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure every dish meets our presentation standards.
- Work with Efficiency: Keep up in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with fellow kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: Keep workstations stocked, sanitized, and ready for the next rush.
- Passion for Culinary Arts: A love for cooking and crafting high-quality dishes.
- Experience & Skill: Previous kitchen experience, especially in sushi or seafood preparation, is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Cool Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Team Player Mentality: Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

- Ready to stand, move, and groove for up to four hours at a time.
- Can bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and keep up with a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with the team and guests.
