Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Senior Human Resources Generalist to support the daily operations of the HR function and contribute to the growth and effectiveness of our organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, this individual will play a key role in supporting HR programs and ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HR operations, is deeply committed to accuracy and compliance, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance structure with flexibility.

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Employee Experience Lead a comprehensive onboarding program that ensures new hires are effectively integrated into our culture and operations. Partner with managers to tailor onboarding plans to the needs of each department and function. Contribute to the design and execution of employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. HR Operations & Documentation

Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records and data, ensuring timely updates in all HR systems. Own the creation and maintenance of employment documentation including offer letters, severance agreements, signing bonuses, and promotion letters. Support the maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; stay abreast of legal updates and proactively implement necessary changes. Manage ACA and 401(k) reporting and documentation in partnership with Finance and Benefits. Support internal audits and ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned with organizational standards. Employee Relations & Performance Support

Support employee relations matters by helping to address concerns professionally and confidentially. Assist in the administration of performance review processes and employee feedback initiatives. Process Improvement & Project Support

Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance employee experience and support business scalability. Support cross-functional HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an HR role with exposure to multiple functional areas (e.g., onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations). Solid understanding of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across all levels of the organization. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; experience with ACA and 401(k) reporting preferred.
