About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer to lead our human resources strategy during a transformative phase of growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and people-centered approach to all HR functions, including attracting, retaining, and planning for our workforce. Your mission will be to align our people strategies with the organization’s core values and growth objectives.
As our Chief People Officer, you will shape equitable policies, manage organizational risks, and foster a culture that prioritizes inclusivity and respect. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including 5 years in executive leadership roles, and a Bachelor’s degree (an advanced degree is preferred). You should have a proven track record in organizational design, systems thinking, and equity-informed leadership.
Key responsibilities include designing and scaling learning systems, developing effective talent strategies, implementing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
