Marketing & Design Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives at the intersection of strategic marketing and compelling visual communication. You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while also ensuring our brand identity is consistently represented through high-quality design assets.

Requirements

Essential Skills

Marketing:

Campaign Development & Execution:

Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, content, etc.) to achieve business objectives. Content Creation:

Write, edit, and proofread engaging marketing copy for various platforms, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and ad creatives. Sales Enablement Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and tools that empower sales efforts and streamline the sales process Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Email Marketing:

Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. SEO/SEM Support:

Assist with basic search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts, including keyword research and ad copy development. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Event Management:

Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of event objectives Market Research:

Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights. Preferred Skills

Design:

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing and on-brand graphic assets for all marketing initiatives, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, digital ads, presentations, brochures, and event materials. Brand Consistency:

Ensure all marketing and design materials adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms. Website Visuals:

Design and update visual elements for the company website to enhance user experience and engagement. Layout & Typography:

Apply strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to all design projects. Asset Management:

Organize and maintain a library of design assets and marketing collateral. Primary Contacts

All tasks will be carried out ethically, legally, and professionally Pre-requisites (i.e. education, experience)

5-7 years in marketing/design/communications roles, including experience in B2B settings, with track record of success in brand management, content development, and internal/external communications Experience managing external vendors preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field Must provide strong portfolio showcasing design skills Proficient in technology platforms and software applications relevant to this position, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, web content management systems, CRM tools, social media and other digital platforms, and project management tools
