About the Role:

The Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual identity and online presence of our manufacturing company based in West Allis. This position is responsible for creating compelling graphic content that aligns with our brand strategy and supports marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. By analyzing campaign performance and market trends, the role will continuously optimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI. Ultimately, this position ensures that all visual and digital marketing materials effectively communicate our company's value proposition to both existing and prospective customers.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience managing digital marketing platforms including social media, email marketing tools, and Google Ads. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ability to interpret data to inform decisions. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with video editing and motion graphics. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Certification in digital marketing or related disciplines. Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and terminology. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics for print and digital media including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and website content. Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and search engines. Collaborate with sales, product, and management teams to align marketing materials with business objectives and product launches. Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and report results to stakeholders. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

The required skills in graphic design software enable the specialist to create visually engaging and brand-consistent marketing materials that capture the attention of target audiences. Digital marketing expertise is applied daily to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns that increase online visibility and customer engagement. Analytical skills are essential for interpreting campaign data and making informed adjustments to improve performance and ROI. Preferred skills such as video editing and SEO complement the core responsibilities by expanding the range of content formats and improving search engine rankings.
