Position Description:
We are seeking an energetic, motivated and experienced graphic designer to join Foundry's marketing team in Charlotte. Primary responsibilities will include supporting new business development initiatives, local and regional integrated marketing campaigns, and strengthening the Foundry brand. There will be ample opportunity for professional growth as we encourage creative solutions by leveraging the newest technologies and design trends.
Essential Job Functions:
Create look and feel of marketing campaigns including color pallet, logos, materials and inspired ideas to create positive positioning and innovative ideas Produce visual marketing materials, including but not limited to: brochures, booklets, flyers, e-blasts, websites, boards, proposals, new business presentations, invitations and banners Develop creative ways to present material in a graphically pleasing and impactful manner using existing and new cutting-edge technology Lay out research-based information, such as market reports and newsletters; statistical graphs, charts and tables; white papers and PowerPoint slides, create info graphics based on research data Design and code e-blasts and update (or create) websites as needed Perform general marketing and design tasks Act as ambassador of the firm's brand and visual graphic standards and help maintain consistency in all pitches, proposals and marketing materials Provide exceptional client service, taking on full ownership of assigned projects Develop a high-level of understanding of Foundry service lines, technology, marketing content, marketing contacts, and subject matter experts Assist with special projects as needed Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Art or Design/Visual Communications, 5+ years of prior graphic design experience in a corporate environment preferred Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite are required Knowledge of the commercial real estate space are a plus but not required Quick learner and advocate of new formats, trends and technologies Print production knowledge a must Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience required Knowledge of website design platforms, such as Weebly or Muse is a plus Presentation software such as Prezi or Flipboard a plus Motion graphics and video production and editing experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment and consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skill and customer service Ability to multitask with great time management skills Be committed, dedicated to creating quality product and hungry to learn
