About Cedars Restaurant:

Cedars is a beloved lakeside restaurant at Coeur d'Alene Resort offering fresh, flavorful dishes in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly Host to greet guests, manage seating, and create a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

The Role:

As a Host, you will be the face of Cedars, welcoming guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and helping the dining room run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating

Manage reservations and waitlists with accuracy and professionalism

Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area

Provide guests with wait times and answer questions about the restaurant

Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods

Positive attitude and team player mindset

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
