Recruiter - Golf Course & Landscape Staffing
Location : Stuart, FL (onsite to start, travel required)

Our client is the industry's go-to staffing partner for golf course operations, grounds crews, renovations, landscaping, and clubhouse hospitality. They are growing and looking for a people-first recruiter who's ready to roll up their sleeves and build lasting talent networks from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Source talent the old-school way:
referrals, word-of-mouth, church bulletin boards, soccer fields, corner stores, and job fairs. Our candidates often don't have LinkedIn or even smartphones. Recruit hands-on workers
for landscaping, irrigation, turf, hospitality, and construction roles. Think rakes, shovels, brooms not Zoom. Build your own candidate database
and relationships. This is your territory. Once established, you'll have more flexibility to work remotely and lean into your own network. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams
to support new client ramp-ups, job orders, and project timelines. Travel to recruiting locales and client locations , especially in South Florida (Palm Beach, Miami, Stuart). Travel will be nationwide. You'll book your own travel and be reimbursed. What You Bring:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) - a must. Many of the candidates are Spanish-speaking, and trust is everything. 2+ years recruiting in landscaping, construction, light industrial, or blue-collar staffing. A natural connector who's great at building relationships offline Comfortable working without an ATS; you'll own your data Grit, hustle, and community-based recruiting instincts Why This Role:
