We're hiring a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to expand our staffing services across premier golf courses and private clubs. From turf experts to clubhouse teams, you'll help our clients stay fully staffed and running at peak performance.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and build relationships with decision-makers at golf courses, resorts, country clubs, and landscape management firms
- Sell customized staffing solutions for groundskeeping, construction, renovation, and hospitality roles
- Travel the territory (Vero Beach to Boca and beyond) to generate leads, maintain client satisfaction, and close deals
- Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and client site visits
- Stay on top of competitor activity and regional hiring trends
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and ops to ensure delivery exceeds expectations
- You already know people in this world: superintendents, groundskeepers, turf suppliers, contractors, etc.
- 2+ years in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Comfortable prospecting: knocking on doors, walking courses, making cold calls, and attending local events
- Background in golf, turf, landscaping, staffing, or hospitality is a must
- You're organized, self-driven, and love the hunt
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Competitive base salary + commission (no cap)
