Marketing Operations Team
This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role.
- Hybrid schedule if located in Culver City (CUL) or Austin (AST).
- Remote if located in Cupertino (CUP) or New York City (NYC). Summary This role supports the development and execution of multi-channel customer communications, driving user engagement and awareness across a variety of services. The role collaborates cross-functionally with teams across marketing, product, and engineering to enable seamless on-device messaging experiences at scale. Our Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
Passion for marketing automation and operational excellence with a strong foundation in campaign development and customer journey orchestration
Proficient in CRM/ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys
Strong skills in logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving (SQL knowledge preferred)
Familiar with global-scale operational planning and cross-functional collaboration
Skilled in collaborating with marketing, engineering, and product teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable to evolving project scopes and team needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Resourceful, calm under pressure, and proactive in identifying areas for process improvement
Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys that support product goals and strategic marketing initiatives. You'll partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all plans, deliverables, and risks are properly aligned for global, large-scale initiatives. This includes campaign monitoring, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting operational efficiency. You will also contribute to building internal documentation such as best practice playbooks and training resources to support the team's long-term success. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent work experience
Background in marketing operations, customer journey design, or CRM platform management
Experience with cross-functional project management and campaign analytics
