Summary Cook
Cook 3 oversees kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and standards are met, while providing leadership and training to other cooks. Cook 3 will work under chefs and oversee the chain of work done by line cooks. What You'll Do: Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards. Inform Food and Beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items. Monitor food quality, quantity, and portions served. Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area, including equipment and workstations. Follow company and safety policies and procedures, reporting maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions.
