Base pay range
$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Solo Printing, LLC Solo Printing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and day-to-day office functions. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Generate and issue customer invoices promptly and accurately. Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts. Coordinate with customers on billing discrepancies and payment issues. Proactively contact clients regarding overdue payments. Inventory Accounting Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Support physical inventory counts and investigate variances. Record inventory transactions in the accounting system when necessary Administrative and Office Support Maintain orderly filing systems for financial documents. Answer and route phone calls professionally and courteously, when needed. Provide administrative support to the Business Manager including report preparation, document formatting, and calendar coordination. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Bookkeeping experience minimum 2 years Ability to perform mathematical calculations. Attentive to detail and organized. Ability to interact with others and to communicate in English. Monday - Friday 401K Plan after 1 year Personal time off Opportunity for Growth Seniority level
