This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the Blood Bank, utilizing cutting-edge lab equipment and information systems to ensure high-quality patient care. Shift Details: - Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM- Hours per Week: 36 hours, 3x12 hour shifts Key Responsibilities: - Perform various laboratory tests and procedures related to blood bank operations.- Utilize laboratory information systems including Epic Beaker LIS, Wellsky Blood Bank System, Beckman Coulter DxC 700 AU, Beckman Coulter DxI, Iris Urinalysis, Stago Compact Max Coagulation, and Sysmex XN1000/SP50 Hematology.- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results in accordance with established protocols.- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.- Comply with laboratory policies, procedures, and regulatory standards to ensure high-quality laboratory services. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Blood Bank procedures and testing.- Proficiency with related laboratory equipment and information systems.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team. Licensure and Certification: - Valid licensure and certification as required for your position.
