Nurse Manager
to join our team and lead our medical and respite program services. This position is based in
Burgaw, North Carolina
and involves oversight of our newly constructed respite facility and clinical health services. As a key part of our inclusive and mission-driven team, you'll help shape the way we deliver high-quality care and support to individuals across our programs.
What You'll Do
In this leadership role, you'll supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and administrative staff, ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, manage the program budget, and develop effective systems for communication, service delivery, and community engagement. Your efforts will be central to achieving positive outcomes for the individuals and families we support.

The work schedule will follow a Tuesday-Saturday format during the summer months, with the post-summer schedule to be determined. We also offer benefits for benefits-eligible positions.

We're looking for a dedicated clinical leader with a strong foundation in nursing care and program management. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering services with empathy and professionalism. Crisis management and team-building capabilities are essential in this role.
We also require:
A current Registered Nurse (RN) license A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field At least three years of supervisory and program management experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills The ability to reside on-site during respite sessions and provide on-call medical coverage A valid driver's license Flexibility to wear multiple hats A great sense of humor!
