JOB INFORMATION

What You'll Do Lead the Overlake Fund and Senior Class Legacy Fund:

Design and execute inspiring campaigns that fuel innovation and opportunity. Plan Events That Spark Joy & Connection:

From Grandparents & Special Friends Day to Owls Night Out, you'll design experiences that deepen relationships and cultivate gratitude. Build and Elevate Relationships:

Partner with donors, families, alumni, and volunteers to strengthen Overlake's mission to champion students and their vast potential. Partner with the Parent Guardian Association (PGA):

Strengthen community engagement through volunteer leadership and shared celebration. Strategically Steward:

Ensure every act of giving is met with creativity, sincerity, and impact. Collaborate Across Campus:

Work side by side with communications, admissions, faculty, and students to tell Overlake's story with heart and integrity. Who You Are

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in fundraising and event planning, ideally in an educational setting. Demonstrated success in volunteer management and donor engagement. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with donor databases (Veracross preferred) and digital tools. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; brings perspectives and skills that enrich the Overlake community. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Discretion in handling confidential information. Additional Requirements

Some nights and weekends will be required; possible travel locally for events or domestically for professional development. Able to type and sit for long periods and transcribe notes. Successful completion of required background checks.

Salary Description
